Shipping costs & Time
Some shipping methods offered are “traceable” and, therefore, can be constantly followed during the various stages of the shipment.
Disclaimer of liability:
1. The main objective is to ensure that the order arrives at its destination as soon as possible. Are they for? The customers and/or recipients to take responsibility? , at the time of purchase, the products received and delivery details provided (always check that they are correct).
2. Can we not assume any responsibility? for any losses incurred by the customer or the recipient, in terms of non-refundable transport costs and/or additional costs for delivery of the goods or replacement thereof. 3. In case you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us by phone or email within three days of the date of receipt of your order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.
Please do not return products without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number.
Refunds are possible, by the shipper, if with insured shipment. The costs for the departure shipment and import duty are not refundable. The same applies to the costs incurred for the return and insurance of the item, unless otherwise agreed.
As already stated in “Terms & Conditions” the responsibility is borne by the customer/recipient once the order is shipped.
